Per active practitioner or SI staff member assigned to any project. You can move people between projects without buying more seats.

Can clients access the platform?

Yes — client workspace pricing covers the entire client team's access for that engagement.

Is there a free trial?

We offer a 14-day guided pilot with onboarding support included. No credit card required.

Are the add-ons required?

No. Change Management and Atlas are optional. Most firms add Atlas after their third concurrent engagement.

What CRMs does the attribution engine connect to?

HubSpot and Salesforce in Phase 1. Microsoft Dynamics and Pipedrive are on the roadmap.

Can I use ELG Portal without PredictiveDeployment?

Yes — ELG Portal is available as a standalone subscription. If you later adopt PD, your data carries over.

How is a “partner” counted?

Any unique partner organization in your account map. Partner users within an org don't add to the count.
